UPDATE: An extreme cold snap has gripped Montenegro, with temperatures plunging to a staggering -21.4°C in Kosanica, marking it as the coldest location in the country. The latest data from the Zavod za Hidrometeorologiju i seizmologiju, reported at 19:00, reveals that the frigid conditions are expected to continue throughout the night.

Across the nation, cities are experiencing severe drops in temperature. In Pljevlja, the temperature has fallen to -11°C, while Žabljak recorded a chilling -9.6°C.
