Kith has officially opened its flagship store on historic Regent Street in London, marking the brand’s inaugural permanent location in the United Kingdom. This launch is part of Kith’s ongoing global expansion strategy, which has seen recent openings in Japan and various major cities across the United States.
The London flagship represents more than just another retail outlet; it embodies the complete lifestyle vision of founder Ronnie Fieg. This expansive two-floor venue features a variety of Kith offerings, including menswear, womenswear, children’s apparel, and an extensive selection of footwear and accessories from multiple brands. The store also introduces Fieg’s first independent restaurant, aptly named Ronnie’s, alongside the UK debut of Kith Treats, known for its soft-serve ice cream.
Design and Experience at Kith London
The aesthetic of the new flagship is a significant aspect of its appeal. Fieg emphasized the importance of attention to detail in the design process. He stated, “What it boils down to is just being able to give a lot of attention to detail in the spaces that we open, and I believe London has received the best of that.” The design, developed in collaboration with Ben Porto of Porto Architecture, has preserved historical elements of the building, including a curved windowpane dating back to the 1920s.
Inside, the store reflects the sophisticated style established in other recent Kith locations, such as the flagship in Chicago, which opened last year. Interior features include white oak joinery and an oak herringbone floor, complemented by luxurious marble finishes like Crystal Tiffany and Estremoz marble.
For audio enthusiasts, the lower level boasts a state-of-the-art McIntosh audio system, touted as the most advanced sound system in any of Kith’s flagship locations.
