At 55, fashion stylist Neven Ciganović is redefining age and personal expression through extensive cosmetic enhancements. Living in Croatia, he has spent over three decades carefully sculpting his appearance into that of a real-life Bratz boy doll, a transformation he began at the age of 22. What started as a procedure to address a scar has evolved into a lifelong pursuit of perfection, aided by various surgical interventions.
Ciganović describes himself as a living work of art, featuring striking blue eyes, pronounced cheekbones, and lips crafted for an eternal smoulder. His aesthetic has garnered a significant following on Instagram, where admirers marvel at his flawless look, often achieved without digital alteration. “I’ve had eyelid lifts, several rhinoplasties, lip silicone, cheekbone implants, jaw and chin contouring, an eyebrow transplant, and even a permanent eye-colour change,” he states. He emphasizes that these enhancements are not mere shopping; they are about boosting his confidence and self-satisfaction.
Despite being blessed with natural good looks, Ciganović is adamant that he will not let genetics dictate his aging process. “People assume that good-looking young men age beautifully, but that’s not always true,” he explains. And I kept going until I got there,” he adds.

During a surgery in Iran, he faced a serious complication that resulted in priapism, a painful condition requiring three urgent operations. “It was the scariest moment of my life,” he recalls. This experience forced him to reassess his approach to cosmetic procedures. “I had to slow down and think differently. I’m more careful now. I research; I ask questions. I’m not impulsive anymore. But I still believe in becoming the best version of myself.”
Ciganović understands the emotional allure of cosmetic enhancements. “There were times when I thought something could always be a little better,” he admits. “But with experience, you learn to control that feeling. Harmony matters more.” This newfound self-assurance has also led him to explore commercial avenues. He has launched an adult content site, allowing him control over his image and income. “People will always talk; I prefer they talk while I make money,” he states with a shrug.
