Officials have confirmed that two men remain in custody, ages 32 and 35, both UK nationals. Initial reports indicate that nine of the injured were believed to have life-threatening injuries; however, four have since been discharged from the hospital. “We declared a major incident and counter-terrorism policing initially supported our investigation,” said Superintendent John Loveless of British Transport Police. “However, at this stage, there is nothing to suggest this is a terrorist incident.”
