The WorkWell service offers personalized guidance from a dedicated Work and Health Coach, who will help participants assess their health and social barriers to employment. Access to this service is streamlined through various channels, including employer or GP referrals, Jobcentre Plus, local services, or even self-referral, ensuring a “no wrong door” approach.
This initiative aims to create a more inclusive workforce, allowing individuals to thrive despite health challenges. Participants do not need to be claiming benefits to access this support, making it accessible to a broader audience.
