Residents across various regions of Montenegro will experience planned power outages on January 30, 2024, due to essential maintenance work on the electricity network. The outages are scheduled to affect multiple areas throughout the day, impacting local businesses and households.
Details of the Outages
In Danilovgrad, power will be cut from 08:00 to 16:00 in the Iverak and Donje Selo areas. Meanwhile, in Bar, outages will occur between 09:00 and 12:00 for consumers in Ahmetovo Brijeg, Sustaša, Mijovića, and parts of Makedonsko.
Customers around the “Castello” hotel, the “Babović” building, and the “Beko Shop Elektron” in Ilinom will experience outages from 09:00 to 14:00. The Zaljev area, including Pečobić and the Euromix quarry, will also see disruptions from 09:00 to 14:00.
In Budva, power outages will affect the following settlements from 08:00 to 13:00: Marković, Mažici, Lapčići, Stanišići, Braići, Duletići, Pobori Castle, Pobori, and Stanjevići.
Additional Areas Affected
The town of Ulcinj will face outages from 08:00 to 15:00, affecting parts of Pinješ, Đerane near the Montefila hotel, Ulcinjske Krute, Kruč and parts of Valdanos. From 09:00 to 15:00, additional outages will impact parts of Kruč above the main road.
In Kotor, power will be unavailable from 09:00 to 11:00 in the area of Vranovići. Similarly, in Andrijevica, outages will last from 09:00 to 14:30 in parts of the village Seoce.
The villages of Petnjik, Dapsiće, Tmušiće, and Batuni in Berane will be without power from 09:00 to 14:00, affecting numerous businesses and households.
Other regions scheduled for outages include Bijelo Polje, Kolašin, Mojkovac, and Plav, with specific times varying from 08:30 to 17:00.
The planned maintenance aims to improve the quality and safety of electricity supply across the affected regions. In the event of adverse weather conditions, these works may be postponed, impacting the timetable of the outages.
