Suit Direct, a prominent UK fashion brand, is set to debut its first store in Liverpool city centre before Christmas. The new outlet, located on Paradise Street, will officially open its doors on December 19. The storefront has already been adorned with signage and displays featuring models showcasing the brand’s men’s formalwear options.
This Liverpool location aims to provide customers with a range of suits and smart clothing suitable for various occasions, including business meetings, weddings, races, and proms. Situated directly across from a McDonald’s, the new store will offer personalised services, including one-to-one consultation appointments to assist customers in selecting the ideal style and fit.
Currently, Suit Direct has multiple locations throughout the UK, with the nearest existing store located in Cheshire Oaks. The Liverpool outlet will operate seven days a week, with opening hours extending to 20:00 on weekdays, 19:00 on Saturdays, and 17:00 on Sundays.
Additional Retail Expansions in Liverpool
The announcement of Suit Direct’s new store coincides with other retail developments in the vicinity. Holland & Barrett, a well-known health food retailer, is preparing to launch a new outlet on Church Street, just around the corner from Suit Direct. The shop’s signage has been installed, and its storefront is currently being painted in the brand’s distinctive green colour. This new location is expected to open on December 16.
Holland & Barrett’s new store will offer a wide array of health and wellness products, featuring popular brands, innovative services, sports nutrition, and trending beauty items. Customers will also have access to personalised advice from knowledgeable staff to help achieve their wellness goals. Meanwhile, the existing Holland & Barrett locations at Liverpool ONE and Whitechapel will continue to operate as usual.
In addition to these openings, premium jewellery retailer Monica Vinader is planning to establish its first presence in Liverpool ONE. Scheduled to open in spring 2024, the new 1,000 square foot store will be located in Keys Court, which connects Church Street with Peter’s Lane. This area is undergoing a transformation into a dual-sided arcade, with plans for three new boutiques within the former TopShop space. Monica Vinader will occupy the first of these, while other lifestyle, accessories, and fashion brands are anticipated to fill the remaining spaces.
As Liverpool’s retail landscape continues to evolve, these new openings reflect a growing interest in the region’s shopping scene, promising residents and visitors a diverse range of options for their shopping needs.
