BREAKING: A shocking incident unfolded when police confronted Keilan Roberts, 21, just moments after he fatally crashed his vehicle, killing his 17-year-old passenger, Chloe Hayman, in Fochriw, South Wales. The driver, high on a cocktail of cocaine, ketamine, ecstasy, and alcohol, was filmed holding a bottle of beer during the police’s urgent response shortly after the crash on July 24, 2022.
In newly-released bodycam footage, officers approach Roberts, who appears disoriented. “I’m just going to speak with the man who is thought to be the driver,” an officer is heard saying as he identifies Roberts at the scene. The driver admitted to consuming alcohol after the collision, complicating police efforts to assess his intoxication level.
Chloe Hayman tragically succumbed to fatal chest injuries at the scene. Before the incident, she had been at a nightclub with Roberts, who offered her a ride home. However, he diverted from the original plan, deciding to drive himself.
