Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce, as reported by Page Six. Court documents reveal that the former couple has come to an agreement regarding the division of their assets and custody of their two daughters, Sunday Rose, aged 17, and Faith Margaret, aged 15.
As part of their settlement, the couple agreed to forgo any spousal support. Both Kidman and Urban have reported monthly incomes exceeding $100,000, which contributed to this decision. According to their arrangement, Kidman will have the girls for a total of 306 days each year, while Urban is set to spend “every other weekend” with them.
Asset Division and Legal Costs
The couple also reached a mutual agreement on the division of their property. This includes investments, bank accounts, furniture, electronic devices, vehicles, and personal items. Each party will retain what they currently own. Furthermore, both are responsible for their own legal fees and expenses arising from the divorce proceedings.
It remains unclear whether the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place prior to their marriage. Kidman, who filed for divorce in September 2023, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the primary reason for their separation.
Although a court hearing was scheduled, Kidman waived her right to attend due to her recent return from Australia, where she celebrated the holidays with her daughters. The divorce marks the end of a union that has spanned over a decade, leaving both parties to navigate this new chapter in their lives.
