Musician Ronnie Radke has initiated legal action against Brittany Furlan, the wife of Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, alleging that she has harassed him through social media and in-person encounters. On January 6, 2026, Radke, the lead vocalist of the band Falling in Reverse, petitioned a court in Southern California for a restraining order, asserting that Furlan has made multiple unwanted contacts.
In court documents reviewed by news outlets, Radke, 42, accused Furlan, 39, of spreading false claims about a supposed romantic relationship between them. He stated that Furlan’s actions have included unwanted social media messages and, more disturbingly, a personal visit to his home. Radke’s girlfriend, Dana Wright, corroborated his claims of Furlan’s harassing behavior, which he alleges began in May 2025.
Radke detailed an incident where Furlan reportedly followed him to a doctor’s appointment, where she sat outside the facility and stared at him. This unsettling experience contributed to his decision to seek a restraining order, which would prohibit Furlan from coming within 100 yards of him.
Furlan’s attorney, Lou Shapiro, responded to Radke’s allegations by asserting that his client is the actual victim of harassment. He expressed dismay over the restraining order petition, describing it as “frivolous” and indicated that they would pursue legal measures to defend Furlan against what he claims are false accusations.
In an Instagram video, Radke vehemently criticized Furlan, claiming that she had been “caught in a group chat with my super fans” discussing misleading information about him. He warned that her statements could potentially lead to serious legal consequences. Radke stated, “This will be the last time I talk about this, because at this point, this is all legal and probably some sort of stalking or harassment.”
This incident occurs less than a year after Furlan had claimed that someone impersonating Radke had engaged in a catfishing scam against her, prompting Radke to contact the FBI regarding the situation. At that time, he expressed his disbelief, stating, “I’m actually kind of flabbergasted because there are multiple other girls that were involved with the same Snapchat.”
Radke’s involvement in the matter escalated when he received a message from a “very upset” Tommy Lee, who expressed concern over the alleged situation. Lee has publicly distanced himself from Furlan’s claims, stating that he has never communicated with her inappropriately.
Furlan and Lee, who were married on Valentine’s Day in 2019, have faced scrutiny related to various controversies since their union. The couple first met in 2017, got engaged in 2018, and have remained a topic of public interest due to their high-profile relationship.
As this situation unfolds, both parties have made their positions clear, and it remains to be seen how the legal proceedings will develop in the coming weeks.
