A couple from West Lothian, Scotland, has dramatically transformed their lives after losing a combined total of **16 stone 11 pounds**. Lewis McPhee, 33, and his partner Sheena McPhee, 31, attribute their remarkable weight loss journey to the support they found in joining a local Slimming World group in **East Calder**.
